The Company and the people Buscombe Parry Estate Agents is a small independent business with a total commitment to customer care and delivering a personal service. Our aim is to provide a friendly service with local knowledge. Richard Parry: Richard has been working in the area of property management for the past 28 years. Since 1997, he has worked with his own consultancy and letting business. He is a local person who lives in Plymouth with his wife Sue and their family. Richard takes a personal interest in dealing with clients.

Carla Wickham: Carla she has worked closely with Richard Parry in his property management business for the past 5 years. She is well placed in her role of senior negotiator with Buscombe Parry to ensure that our clients receive a first class service and get the very best price for their property.

Sue Parry:  Sue works in the practice on a part time basis and assists with the day to day administration of arranging appointments and ensuring that the practice functions efficiently.
